Charles Humble Charles is
a systems developer with over 15 years IT experience. Since launching
Conissaunce Charles has fulfilled a number of roles with a wide range
of clients including acting as an architect for MunichRE, The European
Medicines Agency, and PRPi Consulting design authority for B&Q
on their retail task management and pricing systems, and a number of smaller
projects include the websites for twofish-music.com, Field Genetics, and
Saint Gabriel's Church.
Before founding Conissaunce Charles worked for two and a half years as
a consultant with Candle Corporation’s Application Infrastructure
and Management group where he was part of the team that successfully delivered
Alliance and Leicester’s internet banking solution. He also co-wrote
and delivered an introduction to Java and web programming training course
for Candle’s UK consultancy team, ran various courses for customers
on Candle’s eBusiness Platform product set, and worked as part of
the field test team for eBP 310.
Prior to working at Candle, Charles spent four years as a
manager within the HR IT team of a major global investment
bank. He delivered a range of internet, Peoplesoft and BusinessObjects
solutions which provided browser based access to Peoplesoft
data for both views and updates, fixed and ad-hoc reporting
on HR management information, and areas for HR staff to post
recruitment adverts and training courses. In addition, he
developed a number of tools for data collection during the
annual compensation process and monthly employee headcount
surveys.
Since launching Conissaunce Charles has worked on a range
of accounts including delivering a .NET based contact centre
application for the Alliance and Leicester, providing technical
consultancy and management for B&Q on their retail task
management and pricing systems, developing the web and application suite
for PRPi Consultancy Limited, and design and development
of twofish-music.com.
Charles has a wide range of technical skills including Java/JEE, Visual
Basic 5-6/VBA, XML, HTML/DHTML, Javascript, SQL on several major database
platforms, messaging knowledge with over two years experience of IBM Websphere
MQ, and knowledge of software modelling techniques and UML.

Kristiaana Humble
Kristiaana is a datawarehousing and management information
specialist with over 6 and 8 years experience respectively
in her fields. Before co-founding Conissaunce she worked for
the UK’s largest tour operator, where she was part of
the team putting together a major corporate datawarehouse
to modernise the company’s yield management and management
information capabilities. For the second phase of the project
she was the test, code promotion and data migration lead.
Prior to this Kristiaana worked for the financial services division of
a major global high street bank, including managing a small team. She
was a key figure in a 15 month project to develop a datamart for the mortgage
business on Teradata. She was test lead as well as being involved in all
other stages of the project including design, build and data integrity.
She also developed the initial suite of management information reports
and wrote and delivered end-user Cognos PowerPlay training.
For Conissaunce Kristiaana returned to Thomson Holidays as
technical adviser on Cognos and Informatica and Cognos test manager
for a new datamart and report suite. She was also the lead developer
and analyst on UnumProvident's Cognos ReportNet implementation, and
designed and developed the PRPi Consulting database and associated SQL.
Kristiaana has extensive experience of SQL on a variety of
database platforms including DB2 UBD, MySQL 4.1, SQL Server
2000, Teradata v2r3, Sybase and OpenIngres as well as Cognos
ReportNet 1.1 and Impromptu, Transformer & PowerPlay to
Series 7 and Informatica PowerMart 4.7.2, 5.1.
